VERY self-indulgent but....

...I am finally riding again and actually feeling confident! Today I did some cantering and some v.small jumps and I wasn't scared at all.

Quite an achievement for me, especially as said horse is 17.3hh.

However, he is the ultimate gent and he really looks after me. I have only been riding him for a few weeks, but I am in love with him (shame his owner is too!

).

Anyway a pointless post, but I just had to tell you all!

Might be riding another BFG soon too! They have a chunky 17.1hh mare as well, who they are trying to get me to ride.

They say that Jack (the 17.3hh beast

) is a push-button ride, and it would be good for me to try riding Tia, who is also a sensible ride but who will 'challenge' me slightly more.
