a kind of magic

I have owned my mare for nearly a year and a half. In that time she has never been obviously in season living with her sister and her sister's foal.
We recently moved her and sister with my dad's 20 year old gelding and his 22 year old friend who is also a gelding. They are both now completely horrendous in season!
My mare is argumentative, awkward and generally reminds me of me at my time of the month lol. Her sister is winking and peeing at both the boys! They have never been so tarty/grumpy.
I can deal with Miss. Tart but find Miss. Awkward quite difficult. Is there anything we can supplement them with to help them/me cope? I do not have a lot of experience with mares having owned geldings and stallions before, so really have no idea where to start.
Any help much appreciated. We tried splitting the girls from the boys but it just made it worse...the old boys love the attention though!
