I am currently using two of these extra large small holed haynets (one inside the other) to slow my filly up at night -http://www.thesaddleryshop.co.uk/P/Small_Holed_Haynets-(709).aspx but she's still managing to get through her 10kg nightly ration far too quickly.
Sadly, I'm not able to suspend her net from the ceiling as she's kept inside a very high roofed barn and she's a very good-doer so I don't want to increase her forage ration. Infact, I'd really like to be able to drop her down to 8Kg/day. I keep her at a livery yard and am the last down in the evenings (I leave at about 7pm) so there's no one I can ask to pop another haynet in later on.
Soooo.....
Does anyone know if anyone manufactures a really tiny holed haynet? But one still big enough to take 4 thick slices at a time?
Or know of any other way I can slow her down during the night
