Very tough morning.

Hi Laura, sorry to hear you're feeling down

Just wanted to say did you know the nmotto of the Red Arrows is Eclat which means 'Brilliance'

Have a read of this:
http://www.raf.mod.uk/careers/lifeintheraf/redarrows.cfm

'..No wonder the Red Arrows have come to represent so much of what the RAF is about: total teamwork based on mutual trust, incredible skill put to the test, a dedication to training and excellence – plus the thrill of adventure. '

You are not alone. Lots of us go there every day, really we do. I still can't talk about our Pooh Bear without everything going blurry. You are also upset as the link with her (where you are) is about to be broken and it is healthy and entirely respectable to be in tears during this time.

Have no regrets - Lucy didn't want you there when she left. Of that I am certain.

Allow yourself an unlimited time for tears and wails, there are no deadlines to be imposed on this very personal process. I carried Polly's rug around for ages and I have kept EVERY LAST item of tack and clothing she ever wore. I have no plans to get rid, either.

Have a massive hug from me, to help you get through the next few days.
