So I just got back from riding my 4yr old tb mare this evening after she had 10days off because of her back! Physio saw her on saturday and said that she had a blockage in her back on the left hand side and a rotation in her neck, hence the napping (I am now always listening to my mare) she sorted her out and told me not to ride until tonight and to make an easy one!

So that's what we did! I wasn't sure if she would be full of it or not being a tb a 4yr old and a mare after having 10days off!!! She was so cuddly when I got there, perfectly calm while I tacked up, stood beautifully by the mounting block and we had 20mins of riding bliss with NO napping :) we stayed large working on halt, walk and trot transitions on a long rein did a few 20metre circles on both reins and NO napping haha so happy!!! She was also looking for the contact and felt so much more supple and relaxed. Still unbalanced but obviously she is 4 green and not fit yet so that will come with time!
She got some yummy carrots afterwards and a some bug cuddles!
I LOVE my horse :)
 
Ahh thank you I am so happy and 100% always listening to the little lady from now on :) she was telling me something and now I feel like I know her so much better!
The Physio was an amazing experience I was stood by her head while the lady worked on her back and dizzy had her head pressed into my chest nuzzling my hands the whole time. The weirdest part was when I started crying for with relief out of no where. I was talking to the lady and stroking dizzy's and all of a sudden felt relief wash over me and just burst into tears haha so silly :)
