I am worried that Ben is looking a touch bum high at the moment, what do you think? ;)

I am also thinking that he is looking a bit out of proportion - do his front legs look a little short? Perhaps he is a new-fandangled breed of sausage horse??

On the other hand, I think he is already showing excellent flexion of his hocks, look how far he brings them underneath himself!

Apparently the the spring grass is sooooo tasty, he must get a close as possible to scoff it as fast as he can! :D

Think he's a little on his forehand. I advise intensive lungeing sessions twice daily in a pessoa to really drive those hocks under him. They're trailing.

Confo is not my strong point but there's bum high and there's... that! :D Better be careful his bones and ligaments don't get fixed in that position. Agree with others lots of interventions required and that grass obsession will store up problems for the future.

Bet he'd win a prettiest youngster competition though.

He's definitely bum high, but on the plus side, he seems to have found his 'fifth leg' so he'll be excellent XC. You'll need a crupper though, but if you put it on good and tight, you'll be able to straighten out that tail.

I think you've got a potential show cob there-nice short cannon bones! Just needs another 400kg of condition to bring the shoulders up a bit.
Love the markings.
