I know there have been problems recently with Vet 365. They have now ceased trading I tried to order off my prescription today and had the message that they could not fulfil orders. It is possible your prescriptions could be transferred to Vet UK by E Mailing sales at Vet 365. Details are on their Website.
Sad news as I always had really good service from them

I was going to update my thread from a few weeks ago on vet365. I also had a prescription lodged with them. I was able to complete it by collecting my meds from the associated Beeston Anmal Health store. That is not longer an option and the long established Beeston Animal Health store is closing down in its current form and downsizing.

This is the latest advice. No idea how trustworthy vet.uk is.

I didn't know vet365 and vetuk had anything to do with each other - but I've used vetuk several times over the years and they've always been absolutely fine to deal with. (I'd have said the same about vet365/Beeston too mind!)

Vet365 and Vet UK are both owned by Vet Partners. These big corporates not only own the vet practices but also the online pharmacies, crematoriums etc.

I am sure given the economic climate they will be consolidating, as why do they need lots of online pharmacies etc. They can make savings by consolidating.

It’s not a simple consolidation. The Vet365 website was hacked and some customer details leaked including payment card details.

They tried to trade on for a while by asking customers to pay over the phone
instead of on line, but that was never going to work long term.

I am aware of that, i used Vet365 myself.

However, if there weren't other online pharmacies in the group would it have just been closed down? It is likely that it is more economical for Vet Partners to just close it down and push customers to an alternative Vet Partners online pharmacy.

Oh I didn't know that! I know VetUk was independent when I started using it (would have been well over 10 years ago), but so was my vet practice which is now - suprise suprise - Vet Partners 🙄

I also didn't know vet uk and vet 365 were related.
But I hope nothing happens to vet UK, they are rather expensive but also the only place in the UK I can get the chinchilla food ive been using for the past 9 years 😬 though I do not like, at all, these veterinary conglomerates so may have to look elsewhere but I do not want to switch brands after all this time :/

Equine Health Direct were the cheapest for bute. I think I was paying 68p a sachet in Jan this year.

Quite ironic that I ended up using them for Lari but hey ho!
