Vet and Farrier recommendations - Windsor

Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a good equine practice and farrier that serves the Windsor / Old Windsor area. Any to avoid? Moving to the area in a month.

I can highly recommend Carston Skov from Equine Veterinary Practice he is based at Englefield Green.

As for a farrier I do not have a mobile farrier I take mine to Chobham Forge and David Collister.

Scott Dunns are excellent, and have a very good hospital if things go wrong.

A second vote for Scott Dunn vets. I use Iain Mckenzie from the practice and he is just fab. Farriers, Adrian Deveraux (sp?) is very good. I will pm you now with one to avoid.

Chris Thomas covers Windsor he's a great farrier very reliable and is very patient with my horse who's a nightmare to shoe!!!

Chiltern Equine vets cover Windsor and they are very good.
