Falsifying records not good.

Damn. Vets were found negligent, but because of the multi resistant infection their negligence couldn't be proved to have caused the death. They didn't deserve to get away with that.

They didn't but I think costs should morally have been awarded due to the falsification of records and bad practice on first visit/not reviewing the test results/ bandaging inappropriately.

Not exactly covered themselves in glory.

Well at least the owner has not been required to pay the costs for the other side.
