I think I am funding my vets holidays at the moment!
I've just paid the bill for Pintos hospitalisation and euthanasia (2.5k), and now I've just got the bill for my youngsters follow-up blood test and treatment (370)
I can't believe the cost of the Heperal has gone from 30 to 47 since September last year (though it has increased on the manufacturers website) which is a bit galling for a herbal supplement.
Dratted thing is, Blitz will need another follow-up blood test in two weeks, which will be another 200+
I suppose this is the pendulum of fate swinging in the opposite way, as I had no vet bills for Pinto (apart from vaccs) in 6 years.

she likes to do at least one big thing every year, we've had colic twice now and laminitis once and a slipping stifle. Need to wrap her up in cotton wool as I'm not even sure what's left on her that's actually insureable ..
