I used lambourn to vet my horse when I bought him as got him from that area as well, they were very good was seriously impressed!

Hi - thanks guys,

Lambourne vets are his vets so its best to use an alternative I think. I will also ask my vet here and see if she knows anyone. I have emailed Wessex for availability which was the first suggestion. Whats a reasonable price -my last horse was so old I didnt get him vetted.

I used the Ridgeway, very pleased with the service, the chap is the vet for Gatcombes events and well thought of. Really trusted his opinion.

When I had La vetted 13months ago, quote ranged from £250 to £350 for 5* vetting, depending also on distance from practice to yard where vetting to take place
