Vet reccommendations in Northamptonshire

I need a 5 stage, pre-purchase vetting done and my vet won't travel that far.

Any reccommendations of a very thorough, top notch vet? And any to steer clear of?

Not sure tbh, think it might be called Buckingham vets ? Based edge of Bucks / Northants border. Google her or Buckingham vets or Nixon and Marshall..... Not very helpful sorry :smile3:
My YO was selling a horse and the purchasers rang to say Jane would be doing the vetting and we both went uh oh. She was very very intense and luckily hoss passed.

She's over in Maids Moreton so Buckinghamshire but does travel into Northants. Will depend on which part of Northamptonshire you are getting the vetting done.

Another good vet is Thorsten feddern. He's in MK but travels miles and isTim Stockdales vet who is in Northampton. He's findable through Google as I googled him the other day.

I use Hampden vets (Baskerville and Horgan) but not sure if they go out that far ?

I will always recommend Jane Nixon. She may be strict but I'd rather a horse was pulled up for a potential fault than glossed over.

I recently changed from Towcester Vets and I'm now with Buckingham Equine vets.

I'm afraid I found that not only have they raised their fees to extortionate levels but they let me down a few times. I just, sadly found that their service had gone a bit down hill so decided to give Buckingham a try. Haven't yet met the indomitable Jane Nixon but the other vets are all super!
