Vet recommendations for AI (frozen) in Devon

As above, can anyone recommend a vet in Devon for AI using frozen semen?

Jamie (partner) at Stringer Equine is the breeding expert, I’d recommend him as a vet.

Another vote for Stringer Equine, they did the AI for my homebred, although that was using chilled rather than frozen semen. They do all the AI work for Langaller Stud, so should know what they are doing!

It might be worth contacting them anyway, they may be able to recommend another practice in your area.

If you're going to send away for frozen I would trek a bit further to a big AI centre such as BW Willesley or Tomlinson Equine

I’d agree, and I’d also lean towards Willesley, they have done both of mine, both maidens, both first time pregnancies and the mares have come home happy and settled. Their stud manager communication was excellent as well.

They are my dog vets, and brilliant. I don’t have horses now though so have never used them for equine.
