Is there much point in entering veteran ridden showing if my horse has a big fat "L" loss of use freezemark? You can't see it obviously when riding but I don't want the judge to be horrified and instantly shove us to the bottom once I take the saddle off for the trot-up... I'm not planning on doing anything serious with the horse (he's not a proper show type anyway), just thought I'd take him to the odd couple of shows for an outing as he's so bored of retirement - he is 100% sound I should also point out and very active / flexible hence I thought they'd like his freedom of paces as his age. But he's WHITE, so I can't be bothered with the effort of getting him clean and tidy if a judge just writes him off as soon as they see the mark.
