I have an 11.2 Dartmoor hill mare on loan, she has locking stifles in both back legs. Her owners horse husbandry is shocking! I would like to know EVERYTHING there is to know about this condition! What can I do to ease the problem? Is it painful? Does it restrict her? EVERYTHING!
