Veterinary notes

Is it possible to obtain a copy of your dog's veterinary notes? I would assume there would be a charge but just wondering if anyone had requested notes successfully.

Ive never done it but would think there wouldnt be a problem as they pass them on all to Insurance companies when you make a claim, obviously they will charge for this and will probably ask you what you want them for.

My vet happily printed Lily's for me to send with her DNA swabs for flatcoat research at the AHT.
I would think it depends why you want them

Yes you can, and I have never been charged.

Just ask for a print out of its clinical history.
