Vets In Coventry

Posting on behalf of a friend.
Shes possibly purchasing a horse from Coventry-area more specifically Bulkington.
Can anyone recommened a vet for vetting purposes?

I think Bulkington is more Bedworth area-but am not totally sure so try googling that area too.

I had no idea where it was untill the other day and Satnav took us there in a rather roundabout way

not sure how far away they are but bell and partners are near leamington/rugby way, theyre quite a distance from me but despite this if i have an emergency then this is who i call, not sure if he still does call outs but sandy bell is proper old school and he knows horses inside out

HI, We use Sandy Bell for our horses, he is a great vet. But he scares me as you say Brummyrat he is proper old school. Nice man and everything but I always feel like hes an headmaster telling me off like when I was at school.

Still cant recomend them enough, He will always be the first practice I call.

Bilboduke, a conversation with him once when he wanted to see what i was feeding "why are you giving it garlic" "ummm, its good for him" he raised his eyebrows and replied "if it makes you happy"! Then he just walked off leaving me feeling about 10 years old! V scary but so knowledgable and lovely with horses, l love the guy
