Going to see a loan horse next week and would appreciate any vet tips for a vetting.

Also any accommodation near to monmouthshire as I will stay over to see the horse the next day as well

If you want...come and stay with me...you can meet the 11 horses I currently have here and I'm not that far away from most of Monmouthshire. it's a fairly big county - I'm in east Monmouthshire and Three Counties Equine hospital cover the area between Monmouth and Abergavenny - I'd happily recommend them for a vetting http://www.tceh.co.uk/index.php

Abbey Equine Vets are based in the heart of Monmouthshire in Llanover and cover the whole of the county plus further afield. Very very knowledgeable horse vets including Rod Fisher who is the Paralympic Dressage Team vet so can't go far wrong with having a horse vetted by him!
