He is ace and he is very good with Bob. Had to have a Passport sketch done this morning. Bob took one look at him and was having none of it (horses obviously do remember things) but El Vettio fed him mints and fussed him a lot before he started.

I also get an email once a month asking how Bob is doing after the op - emails are usually sent around 10pm so it's obviously being done in his own time.

Oh, and we had a poll at the farm when Vettio was driving off. Results show that yes, he is very easy on the eye!!!

So there are some very nice (and very good) vets out there.
 
Ditto. I am very happy with the service we get from all the vets at our practice (also Cheshire, maybe the same one
smile.gif
). They are very good at trying to come at a time to suit me, and always discuss treatment options with me. Also very good with the animals, lots of fuss before and after treatment.
 
Good to finally hear some good things said about vets on here! Lets be fair, the good ones far out-weigh the bad ones. And i have to say they are hugely underpaid for the work, knowledge and effort they put in.
 
Lovely post. It is so refreshing to hear how good vets are, rather than all the rants.

I really have the best vet, not so easy on the eye as yours it sounds, but he is fantastic.
