Vets or operators licensed to dart a horse north west

Odd question, but are there any vets or licensed operators who can dart a horse currently in the north west, Cheshire area. Long story but it’s a needle shy colt who needs to be moved from the old owner to a friends yard. They can’t take him unless he’s gelded and can’t geld him because they can’t get a needle near him after several attempts. Someone suggested he could be darted, but he’s struggling to find a vet who does that? I can pass any advice on.

Have they given him a good strong dose of oral sedation before trying to get the needle in. I'd suggest trying that plus a blindfold if needed so he doesn't see the needle coming.

Chester zoo will know which vets can dart.

Only Zoo's hold the gun/meds to dart as a rule. Try your most local zoo....
