Vetting happening just now eeeekkkk!!!!!

What? You're not attending the vetting? I attended when our pony was vetted as I wanted to see that the vet did everything he was supposed to and to hear his comments first hand at the time, not after the event. Good luck though, I hope he passes.

Sorry to here that horsey chick ive been checking all afternoon to hear your update!

Hope you find a perfect one soon! x

thanks guys.

im pretty gutted coz it was a lovely horse but I'm not willing to take the risk with surgery etc. i was so excited this morning and now i feel like a deflated balloon.

on the bright side, the horse hunt continues so i have a reason to spend hours looking at ponies online rather than just for the fun of it ;-)

xx

ahh that's a shame Horsey Chick - but as you say for the best. Good luck horse hunting, hope you find your perfect 4 legged friend soon!!

Perhaps it was some distance away. I was selling a horse for endurance (I was in South Wales, prospective buyer in Inverness), transport arranged etc, etc, the British Team Vet travelled from who knows where, was with me for literally 10 minutes and discovered the horse had cataracts and was virtually blind. Disappointed folk all round.

Horseychick, I am sorry to hear that the horse has problems, best you found out now though. Disappointing, but onwards and upwards, I am sure the right one will turn up sometime. I should think the owner is gutted too, some things you just don't know about and it is a horrendous shock when you find out something is majorly wrong.
