After very sadly having to return my lovely boy to the dealer due to a vetting issue end of March I hope I have now found 'the one' after much searching and the vetting takes place tomorrow. Fingers crossed he passes and for a long and happy ever after, good vibes please? Thank you x

Henry! is a 16.1 coloured ISH 5 year old gelding, mostly dark bay with white legs and a very pretty face with small star. Bit lazy in school at mo which suits me as I've had a 9 year break due to divorce and my seat is pretty apalling at moment so don't want anyone who's going to tank off with me, but he is lovely to hack out and I'm hoping to do lots of that for a while so that we get to know each other in a fun way and then pick up the schooling a bit more seriously in about a month or so. I am sooooo excited and if he passes vetting will be picking him up Sat, so will post pics then. Thanks for your good wishes will keep you posted xx

Oo, he sounds very nice! Sounds like you've been through a bit of a rough patch, so hope everything comes together for you and that he flies through the vetting, and I await pictures of your soon to be new neddy (hopefully) :D

You couldn't be more right so it will be great to start again and put the past behind me and be able to enjoy the rest of the summer getting to know each other and rebuilding my confidence too! Thank you x

Thanx so much everyone - trying to just be fatalistic about it but just can't wait till tomorrow aftrnoon to come! :-)x

Hi all, only just updating you as been really disappointed. Passed vetting except for query over a possible occult sarcoid. Whilst this may not be a problem to some my last horse was returned to dealer after developing a variety of sarcoids very quickly and ending up with not only oozing bloody messes but such a damning report from Professor at Liverpool Uni (possibility of one on face becoming cancerous) that I just cannot go there again. Thank you all so much for your good vibes, now some for my continued search please :-( xx

Oh, so sorry to hear this GM. I must admit, vettings I think are worse than taking exams my self!!
I know what will be will be, but if I ever had the chance to buy Horlicks then having her vetted would be my most tense moment ever!!
Good luck for the next one!! Chin up, what will be will be!!
