Nathan has been in horsey hospital for two weeks now, and I miss him like crazy.
I was riding him, he spooked and reared and after that he was not sound. Scans showed a bone chip in his hind leg, which has now been operated on. However, when they operated they found that his bones have softened and internally his foot and leg was full of infection, so he is now on Tildren long term which seems to be improving his bone density.
He should be home in the next 48 hours, but according to the vets he will probably never be sound enough to do anything other than hack, and I will never risk breeding him
Just before hand
Now in hospital
