QR - thank you everyone for the vibes and well wishes. TBH I feel like shite! It's really amazing just how hindered you are when you injusre your torso - the smallest of movements bloody kills!! I'm really looking forward to getting my prescription tomorrow!!!

Thistle - there isn't a lot you can do tbh, but if you want to visit, you are more than welcome! I'm going to work for a few hours in the am (not driving though), but will be around and no doubt BORED in the afternoon if you are free? I'll text you tomorrow - I have no reception here!
