Have just read the Telegraph article which has only served to confirm my suspicions regarding the RSPCA's efficiency!! They seem more than happy to pursue easy, if non deserving, targets whilst blissfully ignoring the real villains who neglect and maim animals.

Time they were disbanded and a new welfare organisation with some common sense and balls set up.

this is why i do not support the rspca and will never donate money to them as its wasted, if they could do their job properly they would be catching the bad guys before its too late for the animals
