oh excellent and shiny BD points too :) I remember when I got my first points worthy result I was like a small child at christmas! He's the first horse I've done proper serious dressage with so I got very excited :D

Same here! I was so excited! I've never competed until recently, always had horses but was just never interested...........until now, ha ha. I keep meaning to buy him a bling browband as that's what I said I'd get when he got his first points :D

I'm a dressage diva but I am desperately holding on to turning him out as a D (show ring turn out) but I'm slowly converting...he now gets plaited, white bandages etc but he still has brown tack, flat hunter cavesson, straight cut saddle...although I am saving for a Jefferies IR bridle for competitions it will be in brown with no bling!!

I confess Victor is not turned out in anyway Welsh D, very dressage WB.........fully clipped, pulled mane, dressage saddle...............and normally he is always always colour co-ordinated, he just wasn't today as I couldn't be bothered with bandages, as I was feeeling so rubbish, and has many many sets of saddlecloths with matching bandages!

i normally plait my youngster for dressage, esp BD but I have hung onto his feathers and stick with the hunter style browband/noseband. He doesn't look that Welshie to most people anyway, but I think I should try and fly the Welsh flag a bit! My old one was always au naturel all the way to unaff Med/BD Elem inc the Winter Champs. Have to say dont think either of them would suit a bling browband! We do do the colour co-ordinated saddlecloths/bandages though :)

Thank you!

I think Swallowfield on the 12th Sept. I was going to go this Sunday but completely forgot it's yard clean up weekend..........a little bit bad seeing as I'm the YO, ha ha.

Star.....people always ask me what breed he is as he just doesn't look like a Welshie especially stood up!

Very jealous, he's gorge! I've been thinking of buying another horse and have been looking for something just like him, but haven't seen anything as lovely. You lucky thing!
