Vid of going up steps today

Brilliant!

I think I recognise the area, from when we used to ride the estate/river. A bunch of us got a bit, um, lost one day, ended up going over a narrow bridge over the road, but no steps that I remember, plus loads of workmen and building equipment. The river part was good though :D. Had a few giggles along there :D

You've got a star of a horse there P :D. He's pretty damn lucky in you as well :D

Ahhhh bless him, what a fab pone!!! I agree, the steps were scary enough... but then you crossed that bridge!!!! Well done to the both of you, I bet drivers do a double take when they see an orange vision over head!! :)

What a fab Horse, he clearly has a lot of trust in you :), I don't think my share Horse would be able to cope with the brigde! with a bit of practice I might just be able to do the staries!

What a fab pair the 2 of you are!

Brilliant work! :)
I didnt have any sound but I assume the road is fairly noisey!
My mare is fairly brave - We do scare people with the bridges and banks that we traverse!!! :D

Might be worth sending that Video to the local Byways officer to highlight the lack of Rider access!! :D

Oh yea it's noisy.

It's the old old story with the rights of way people, even though there was a wide ash track across there for years and years before the road and commercial park going up, I would have to "prove" riding
access rights, funny how the onus is on me, not for them to prove there weren't riders using it, it's a long long story, but basically it's not worth me bothering, as no one else seems bothered, I feel sorry for the younger riders up and coming as they are going to lose out eventually as we keep losing rights of way, I will just carry on detouring down alleys etc and find a way through till my days are done.

Blimey! It wasn't the steps that would worry me, its riding along the footpath with the low railings on either side and then by the looks of it the bridge. I am no good with heights anyway. You, and your lovely horse, are one brave duo.

Makes me appreciate my riding around me as it suits me down to the ground. Plenty of tracks and lanes ... and no bridges with low railings.
