Thank you - I think he's lovely too.
I think it was a bit easy tbh, he's jumping huge at home but it's his first SJ with Rosie (indoor or outdoor) and Rosie feels he lacks confidence in the ring. If you look at his record SJ is his weakness so they're taking it slow. Also he's very strong so experimenting with bits at the moment.
looks super...she rides him beautifully! also looks as if he's finding it incredibly easy which may be why he's being so strong...i know with my mare jumping anything under 1.10 is a nightmare cause she gets so strong.
QR: Because he's a new ride, they went in the BN first (which is what's on the vid) but I spoke to Rosie's Mum late last night and after I'd left, they put him in a different bit and went in to disco and newcomers. He had one down in each, but they were happy with how he went. In the newcomers - the height he'll be doing BE SJ - the one he had down was a tricky stile off a dog-leg, much more complicated than anything he'd have to do BE. So fingers crossed for his eventing future.
Oh, that wasn't a very quick reply was it, sorry. Thank you for kind comments.
