LOL!! Yes she is big compared to what she normally is. She is normally a beautiful slim hourglass shape. Well now she is like a pear.
I was up with her last night as she started panting and was breathing very deeply; so sat with her from about 2am till 2.45am. Nothing, she went back to sleep and I went back up to my bed.
We have a personal staircase up to our bedroom which is galleried, and she is sleeping at the bottom of the stairs so I can hear everything she does.
My only concern was that she might disappear off into a barn through the day to drop them.....so I don't leave her outside for too long through the day.
I spoke to my vet this morning and she is REALLY excited - more so than me LOL!! She really likes Lily - actually everyone likes Lily.
The dog may be but the bitch isn't, a few tell tale signs! From their webby they either breed very little wolf blood or quite a few huskies, you can tell a few of their pups are def wolf dogs. You won't find wolf dogs with white tips to their tails or pink feet or snow noses e.t.c. Alot of regd hybrids in the US aren't, there is just no way of telling what has wolf blood and what doesn't. Lots of people get ripped off out there.
Hey! Someone did suggest to me that perhaps Lily had been "got" by our wolves! Wouldn't that be a turn up for the books eh?
Doubtful though - mind you they would make more money LOL!! Maybe I shouldn't get her spayed after all in the Spring, perhaps I should just tether her in one of our hay fields and wait.....
Haha....it is possible! They'll cover a hot bitch without thinking twice...ooo if it send one over to me!! Just give me plenty of notice to get my DWAL!
Haha, yes great idea, pups would suddenly be rather valuble... Any sign of the little ones?
No sign. Funny because I was pretty sure they were going to arrive two nights ago as Lily was quite excitable, however she is very calm right now and there was no sound at all from her last night; she slept very quietly.
Oh well, they'll come when they are ready I guess.
