Hi all.
Just a query, would a prospective buyer be able to post or use a video they took whilst viewing a horse to purchase? The video was taken on my property. Its just the buyer didnt want the horse but someone who accompanied her has asked a rather strange question. Stating that the horse wasn't going the same as in a picture! This was a still picture not a video. Tea (in cup and sauecr )and victoria sponge (home made) for your replies. Thank you

I don't see why not. The video is their property as presumably they had permission to take the video? And as such they own it and can do with it as they like I'd imagine. I help buyers find horses and often my clients will bring a video to me to watch, or send it to me over the waves and I watch and give them my opinion on the horse.

I guess they can, purely because the internet is full of video's and pictures often taken without consent. I see your concern though, because if I was selling and a buyer distributed a video of themselves riding my horse badly, I wouldn't be too chuffed.

Ok Thank you Just found the request rather strange seeing as they were not the prospective buyers. Hey ho thats' folks for you.
