Phoebe Buckey is recording all of her cross-country rides and does an interesting commentary on her recent fall at Burghley. It's unusual to be able to hear from the rider what they were thinking about the fall and the video is very interesting.

I know, she seems so down to earth.

In one of her videos, she was blaming herself for a mistake cross country, and was saying how well the horse did and that she should have done better as a "supposed" professional, but I think it's the sign of a true professional to blame yourself for mistakes as she did, rather than getting angry at the horse.
