This is concerned mainly with the slaughter horses. It's telling that the US guy thinks Europe seems to have a handle on it. 
It show how desperate their suituation must be.
There's some sense spoken and some repetetive waffle. I'm not sure what I think, in all honesty. If the EU Commission is in need of scientific proof of the stresses and suffering of the horses in transit, I don't forsee much hope for change as the majority of Italian abattoirs (the most common destination) will be highly unlikely to allow the viewing of animals transported irregularly.
It's also odd that the lorries they show are the ones acting legally by partitioning etc. The majority of the transporters don't.

I wish the outspoken anti hunting and anti racing protesters would put their efforts and voices behind stopping this ongoing cruelty.
