Video Stills?

How do you get a video still?
just going to upload videos and pictures of SJing competition on Friday but would like to get some stills so we can see if its me riding badly or my horse just saying no... will post videos anyway if cant get stills, but would be good!

The way I do it is open up a picture program (ie paint/photoshop) play the video, press Print Screen (top right hand side above the side number keypad) this can be done on its own or after you have paused the video. Copy into the picture program, adjust, save, upload.

Windows Movie Maker is good, just import your videos from file. It is really easy - even I can do it!
