before you start oh never mind iI know the do gooders n know it alls will give their precious opinion but who cares.
I know my horse n he was just having a wee fizz as he is excitable after being stabled and clipped. So yes it can be dangerous videoing around horses let along when working them but alls well that ends well. Quite surprised i kept it in focus actually.
Heres my boy Romeo kicking hi heels up this afternoon on lunge yes there are side reins on and no they rnt too tight they were loose its called self carriage which hes doing very well on just now even though hes still in the early days ....months....years ....lol
Whats nice is knowing this is what he WANTS to do a lot when being schooled but doesnt as hes such a gent.

eek oh dont we all hate our voices on tape. I think I had a few moments where I sounded more scottish than normal. I know we all say it but he really is a gent and teh best horse in the world. Hes got to be as im v pants at riding etc and a normal horse would freak me out. As hes getting fitter hes showing off a tad more but its ok as we grow together :)

I have a Romeo as well also a bay ex race horse just as silly, thinks its all a big game, love em.

spooky he was bred to race but hurt his hind leg as yearling so never did his owner called him "love hurts big Romeo" which was changed before i got him but i changed it back 2 Romeo as hes so loving OOh they could be related hee hee

How did you manage to video without puking up ? I tried the very same thing last week and after 3 circles very nearly boffed up and had to let her go.

He's lovely...my old lad used to be whole lot worse than that.....did used to make me laugh bless him...

well done to catch it all on video without being ill......i usually get dizzy lunging..lol

I'm sure you're not pants at riding, just lacking self confidence ;) . Best horses in the world are those you can have fun with! Thats why (despite her wobbles on the ground!) I bought Indie, as i'd had enough babies and quirky ones, she's definately not a novice ride and is on her toes half the time BUT she's safe and gives me hours of fun!

He's lovely. I love the bit where he look right at you when you say 'are you going to calm down' and then looks away again - its that split second when they decide whether to be good or whether to have another little hoolie I love!!

Sorry but I've watched it 5 times trying to find a beastie kicking off! I must be watching the wrong video!

Yesterday my gorgeous beastie decided he had too much adrenaline and without any help from me did several laps in both directions with all four feet not connecting with the ground very often and at a speed that only tb's can. When he had finished he had a shake and walked around as if nothing had happened except for the look of "See I can if I want to!"

Two of my friends couldn't believe what they were seeing and literally had their jaws dropped!
One finally managed to ask "Does he do that often?"

I am so glad that he doesn't do it when I'm riding him!
