Police came round last night (very surprised) and listened very carefully to everything i said. I made some local enquiries and it appears he is a horse rider! (CAN YOU BELIEVE IT)!!!! The police told me to get his registration if I see him again and they will pop round for a "chat". They said they need to log every incident so if anything happens to anyone else there is a case history. Apparently this is not the first time this has happened. I have found out where he lives and will get his number but have to admit to being a bit apprehensive about bumping into him again. I did call him an "Old Git" (hes in 60's ) and I reckon thats what infuriated him. Perhaps I shouldn't have but I could of called him a lot worse!

In that case a bit of 'Trolley Rage' against him

Good for you - keep after him. Thank God he wasn't the driver I met this morning when my mare decided to turn round twice in the road at farm machinery!!! (That wasn't moving or anything doh!!) My driver pulled over and turned off his engine and waited..nice person...I did say thank you but didn't catch his eye as I was so busy being cross with my mare. They aren't all idiots, thankfully.

I'm very pleased they took you seriously. When Cat & I were attacked out hacking alone by a greyhound with an abusive rough man, they couldn't have cared less. I was sooo scared of running into him again, but luckily we moved.

Police really ought to take these things seriously - imagine their problems if there's an accident, road blocked, etc. Anyway, glad one police force took it seriously, even if others are more concerned about trivial 'political correctness' matters.
