Viovet and Hyperdrug

How are Viovet now - are they back on track or has anyone used Hyperdrdug recently Thanks.

Used viovet not long ago. Delivery took a few days but not crazy long. Also used hyperdrug back in the summer and similar story. Had no issues with either.

Viovet seems to be ok at the moment. Delivery was a couple of days. But check who they’re using to deliver as wasn’t Royal Mail.

Just ordered from Viovet and all went well. I live near Hyperdrug so tend to collect my orders from them.

Have ordered a couple of things from viovet over the last few months and their issues seem to have been resolved!

I've used both recently, Viovet for supplement and fencing and Hyperdrug for prescription drugs. Viovet arrived within a few days and Hyperdrug next day on standard delivery. Hyperdrug were also very helpful on the phone checking that items needed were available.

Just used Viovet for the cat and it arrived quickly.

The cat wishes to report it was the worst week of his life and that worming is unnatural and undignified.

Viovet are using Amazon shipping. They were awfully slow when I used them last winter but recent order (last week) was about 3 days.

I placed an order with Viovet yesterday, at 8.45am. It was delivered today, at 3pm , by DPD, within the 1 hour timeslot, emailed to me.

I've order prescription meds and a whip since Christmas and they came within 48 hours. I think it can depend upon whether they have your items in stock.

I use Cura-pet now for meds, they're local to me and run by a vet. Their prices are reasonable and they're very efficient

Yes same! I was really surprised how fast they arrived. I was quite excited to see a (big) box on the doorstep as couldn’t think what I’d ordered and it was my wormer that I’d not expected for at least a few days at best

I ordered my prescription Danilon from Viovet 2 days ago and it arrived today! Very fast!
