Viovet pending approval of prescription

Hello, I've uploaded a prescription to viovet. It's my first time using an online pharmacy. It has uploaded but it says the prescription is pending approval.
It's been pending approval for the last 20 minutes. Is that normal? Does anyone know how long it takes?

Yes, this. I uploaded in the evening and it was approved and sent out the next day. Notification of approval was pretty early in the morning as I remember.
