Has anyone ordered from them recently? Earlier this year it took 3 weeks for them to deliver a prescription due to them moving premises. I can't wait that long this time (vet took a long time to send prescription in the first place) and will have to go elsewhere. Currently phone lines are busy!

I ordered some wormers from them. Ordered another item from them at the same time which was "out of stock".

Instead of forwarding on the wormers, they hung onto my order for three weeks.

I shan't be using them again. Always used to use them too. But not any more.

And there wasn't any offer of a sweetening voucher either.

Yes - I've bought Danilon which arrived quickly (like within a couple of days), and a hay feeder which was apparently out of stock but turned up a week or so later so I was happy with that

Yes, a couple of weeks ago. Everything was listed as available for despatch within 1 day, and turned up 3 working days after ordering (5 days including weekend).

I only use them if they say the item is ready in 1 -2/3 working days. Recently when they've said that, the items have turned up really quickly to be fair to them.

As soon as it's longer than the 1 -2/3 days it takes ages.

I finally got through and it seems they are still having issues. I couldn't wait the amount of time I had to last time for the Prascend so went elsewhere.

I have used Equine Health Direct for the first time the other day and got 200 bute sent through to the retirement Y.O for Lari in around three days by getting a prescription from my vet. Very quick and very cheap too. I saved £113 by not using my vet for the drugs!

Just waited three weeks for an order from them. I had given up and ordered it from elsewhere - now have two lots .... oh well .... not sure I'll be using them again.

I always used to use them, but delivery is erratic, communication is non existent ( until you say you want to cancel your order and have a refund, when they reply straight away with excuses) so I've stopped.

I only order from them if I don’t need the item/s urgently. The prices tends to be really competitive and sometimes things do arrive quickly. The longest I’ve waited is two weeks. I generally order from them when I’m re-stocking supplements in advance.

I ordered a load of stuff from them a week last Sunday… on Monday I had an email saying half the stuff was out of stock … on Thursday everything arrived. All good unless you need overnight delivery (I waited a month for some stuff just after Christmas but I think their move is complete now)

ETA for what I wanted to order they were the cheapest by about 20% so decided to risk it and wasn’t disappointed

I was lucky this time. I ordered some supplements and they came in two days, twice the amount I'd paid for. Keeping quiet about it as they really messed me about before Xmas.

I’ve stopped using them, I don’t mind waiting for delivery but I don’t find what they tell you at check out is consistent with the order confirmation email that then comes through. I actually cancelled my last order as it was still awaiting despatch and they didn’t quibble and processed my refund efficiently to be fair though.

I made an order with them late January.

No indication that there were delays when I ordered.

I chased it after about 10 days and received an automated email back telling me they were having 'extreme delays'

I cancelled the order and ordered from Vetimed who sent the order quickly. Have since spoke to their CS team too as needed a replacement email sent. They answered the phone quickly and were very easy to speak to.

I've had this issue as well, holding my entire order for 1 item for weeks, so I avoid them now. Country & stable do the same.

I’ve not ordered from Viovet since they moved, but had good service from them before that.

Of the three on line animal pharmacies that I’ve previously used without issue, Viovet has become unreliable, Evet is no more, just leaving 365Vet who have always been excellent.

Plus 365Vet have a long standing real animal health shop which is local to me. Long may it last.

I had a huge fight with them a few years ago, when they sold me a dodgy seresto collar and my dog promptly got fleas. Their take on it was that I was outside the return period (because the product, which is supposed to last 8 months) failed after 8 weeks. They said my case was with the manufacturer, but the manufacturer wouldn't engage with me because their contract was with Viovet.
Technically, Viovet was correct, but had they done the decent thing and taken it up with the manufacturer, I might have got a refund on quite an expensive product. I explained this several times, and they couldn't have been less interested - so I became very uninterested in buying anything from them ever again

You could have raised this as a chargeback with your bank for transactions made within 120 days.

Just for future reference, should similar happen in future.

I have given up with them. Recently, some socks took two months to arrive, & then some dog food firstly was going to be 10 days to 2 weeks, but was then updated to 'out of stock - no idea'. I had to get a refund and get the dog food elsewhere. Completely useless and I won't bother again. As has been said upthread, they happily accept orders for products which they don't have and have no firm plans to obtain.
