Volunteers needed..! Riders competing at affiliated level

Hi,
I need volunteers to complete my questionnaire for my dissertation at Uni. The volunteers need to be completing at affiliated level within Dressage, SJ or Eventing. The questionnaire has 50 questions but will not take longer than 10 minutes to complete.
If you have some spare time in your day, I would be very grateful for your assistance.

Only one I was unsure of was question 6. I ticked daily as can't see how anyone competes every day. But we do train everyday.
Maybe put link on the bd Facebook page too.
