Just wondering if anyone is using Wahl stable pro clippers and if they find them to be any good? im still looking for some fairly cheap clippers but not having any joy like usual

Yep I have a pair! I love mine- I can do a high trace with them without any problems and incredibly quickly- just remember to get the wide blade and not standard which is narrow and so takes ages. They are also very light and easy to manouvere oh and so quiet no horse I have ever clipped has ever reacted badly to them. One word of warning they may not be able to tackle full clips, or you may have to give them an hour break to cool down if doing a full clip on a large beasty. but I give them 9/10

Oh thats good i dont think they would get used for full clips. Where would i go about getting the wider blades from? and thanks for the quick reply!

i ordered mine online- but my actual clippers came with some aready fitted. They are about £13.99 for a set of wides. I think it was peasridge that I got them from.
