wahoo!!!!!!! i did it:)

Long story short decison was made couple wks ago not to jump my mare, until i get my lower leg, seat and above all my confidence sorted, so basically between myself and instructor said no jumping my mare till Xmas...she is a total powerhouse lol.. Have been kicking on with my new boy and went hunter trialling last week....

roll in to today, had lesson in field on my mare and wahoo, we jumped 5 xc jumps, some a couple if times, i was totally relaxed and we flew!!!!!am utterly over the bloody moon...it just felt right what a difference a couple of weeks make! ...

onwards and upwards ! Ive just had a complete change of attitude and somehow bravepants are firmly in place... Think my new boy has had such a good positive effect on my riding which proved today how much impact its having in me riding my mare

Yep! am utterly elated! even planning now to do a pairs HT on my mare with my instructor in couple wks... Going to work damm hard over next couple mths and then kick on and get out doing some sji and fingers crossed will get both out for some low key eventing! QUOTE=Lolo;12069885] Yay!

Yay well done i have the same problem with my 5 year old he gives each jump about 2 foot of room.
