Wainwrights trays

Have just been in pets at home to get wainwrights adult trays for my old lady only to find there is a problem with the adult trays and they have been withdrawn until the problem is sorted. They had no details of the problem other than it was with one of the varieties from the mixed box.
I hope all will be sorted soon as the trays suit my old girl. She was previously raw fed but this now tends to make Her poo too firm and she struggles to poo due to her arthritis

Oh No!! I was just about to go and get another box mine have been on them for a few years and they suit them very well. Fingers crossed it gets sorted quickly!

My sister told me this today, she said the shop told her the guy who owns waimwrights had died in the factory or something. Hopefully he's not in the food!

Well you did better than I did with Pets at Home. The store didn't have a clue and they just do not answer e-mails so I've switched to Forthglade (who of course make Wainwrights so now I'm worried there's going to be a problem with that too).

Hope they sort this soon, my big lad is on the trays. No wonder we couldn't find a mixed box last week!

Pets at home did say the tins are just the same as the trays and they still have tins!! It's only the adult trays, puppy, senior and light still available. The store assistant manager who is always v helpful said the problem was with 1 dog but she didn't know anything more.
I too hope they sort it soon

I bought a variety box today, the guy in shop said it was something to do with the packaging, all ok now
