My hopefully new horse is being vetted as we speak! I've had horrible luck recently with my horses' health, resulting in me having nothing to ride for the last 2 years! So absolutely paranoid that this fella's going to fail!!! :o

Ahhh healthy vibes please!!!! :eek:
 
Thanks guys! The vetting was at about 3, still haven't heard! Vet's receptionist says he'll ring when he's back at the practice! So am not convinced it's good news, otherwise surely the owner would have got in touch! :S
 
chase them up and see whats happening. It may be he got called out on an emergency hence why he hasn't phoned you. That is what happened to me when waiting to hear about my horse. It doesn't mean its bad news though just because the vet hasn't yet rang you. I would contact the seller and make them aware you are still waiting for the vet to get back to you!
 
Just contacted seller, we don't have the actual vet's number, just the surgery's number, should we still call even though it's late?
 
I know, that's what we thought too... It's all a bit awkward as it's so far away, I think the owner's stressed (she needs to sell, and has had other people wanting to buy him, we really need to let her know) and this isn't making things easier!
 
If I were you Id give vets a ring. Will probably get through to the vet on call - which may or may not be the one whoe vetted. Either way they will usually give the vet in question a ring for you.
