Born through the night between 11.30pm and 7.15am. A few nights without much sleep ahead!! All six doing well, mum's been a star all the way through. Apart from looking at me instead of taking the bags off! Lazy mare.

Gorgeous, love their pink noses. I always used to have a baby listener in with my pups for the first week or so. Saved getting up out of bed all the time and I used to love hearing that contented puppy murmuring.

Been breeding since 1991 and never had one scanned! I like the surprise element, and scans are never certain, and because you're not sure if there's one left you keep more of an eye out. Although I was convinced she had more she took a three hour break between 3 and 6 this morning. I was inspecting the inside of my eyelids when I heard the yelp and found a tail and legs poking out! Good job my head was hanging over the whelping box

All pups are the same size, within a gramme or two, not a wimp or runt amongst them. Am very lucky.

She is, a grubby one when the pics were taken but i'll let her off!!
