I'm too fat.I'm a size 22-24, and there's no way any riding school would let me sit on any of their horses. I had a really bad year last year, lots of stress and ate far too much junk.
I was in a similar position two or three years ago - having finally recovered from a Bad Back. I decided not to go on a "diet", and started doing step aerobics at home, within a few months I'd dropped over a dress size (just from toning up) now that I could see a difference in my shape I was motivated to stop snacking between meals - I still ate "properly", just stopped eating everything in sight! I've since lost a stone, and dropped a total of two dress sizes, and more importantly, I've stayed two dress sizes smaller, and have maintained my weight - without the need to starve myself, or resort to any fanch diet plan.
