Its one hell of a horse!! Rode him in one last season and he was golden, nothing else worked so ended up pulling him about!! IN that gag he was light and pleasant to hunt!!

Sounds like my hunter.
He goes in a NS Nelson waterford gag but I have the rope cheeks!
Like you say works a treat & he is very light in it just have to use the snaffle rein mainly but have the other for back up!

I had one of these and have regretted selling it ever since as I now need another and can't for the life of me find one.
Abbey bits do them but they are expensive.
