As my share horse has now been retired off, I am currently now in the process of buying my own.
I am after a DIY or grass DIY livery vacancy at a quiet (preferably private) yard, near the Merstham/Coulsdon/Redhill/Reigate/etc vicinity. I would also consider the possibility of renting land.
If any body knows of somewhere/someone as near to Merstham (where I am based) as possible, I would be grateful if you could please let me know.
 
Would also like to say I would be perfectly happy temporary grazing/secure field nearby (with companion equines of course!) until I can find a permanent place :)

I looked at a yard earlier this year in redhill, close to earlswood lakes. Seemed very nice nice, and hopefully if I do get my own horse next spring I will keep it there. Look up Mole Valley Liveries, they have a website, and the lady that runs it seemed lovely.

Church Farm in Woldingham take grass liveries

Know indirectly a place in Godstone, that does grass livery if useful, might be able to get details (not sure if take strangers, and I don’t have direct contact details)

And a place in Reigate with a long waiting list.

Close by, there is a yard on Shepherd’s Hill that does assisted DIY, and several in Chaldon that I think are assisted / part.
 
Thank you for your suggestions. I am viewing a pony for the second time tomorrow, the owner mentioned it being a possibility of me being able to keep him there (is on Chaldon/Merstham border). Depending on how this goes I will definitely be taking further interest.
