I think Stuart Mcgregor is one of these. Though he's not based in South Wales, he regularly travels here. I haven't had the need to use him myself, but know others that swear by his treatments.

Horse got kicked in forehead, fractured sinus and read that these treatments are good for when the bone has healed in a few weeks. Will try anything to help him
