Wanted:Horse Grazing/Stabling DIY Ware Hertfordshire

Hi everyone
I've recently moved my 14.2hh bay mare to grazing land in Ware Hertfordshire
Although where she is now is ok, I'm Looking to move her to somewhere more suitable.
Would like to move somewhere with other horses if possible and if no stables the option to bring a horse shelter, and would like to have an available paddock or menage to ride in.
The problem i seem to be having is finding somewhere local, as i don't drive
So must be in Ware Hertfordshire or no longer than 30 mins walking distance.
Would consider renting private land and finding someone to share with.
Hope you can all help as i would really like to move her asap!

Hi ******* i had a look but unfortunately everywhere is a bit too far! thanks for the help though
Land is now needed urgently as my poor mares become very on edge and spooky we think someones been coming in and scaring the horses as its very easy to get into where she is, so if anyone knows of anywhere please let me know asap!
will know also consider renting fields hoddesdon and broxbourne (but not looking for stables in this area thanks!
