Wanted House with Yard/Land BERKSHIRE

I am looking for a house with land or a yard in Berkshire. Areas I am keen on are;

Winkfield,
Warfield
Cranbourne
Cheapside

and surrounding areas. I would like somewhere with over 10 acres and if possible nearer 40/50. Some of the best places are by word of mouth so if anyone knows of anything that is available, potentially by private sale or a place that may be up for sale in the near future then please let me know.

My favourite hobby is scanning the property pages....

Not much comes up with acerage to be honest, and often, if it does there's quite a premium for the area.

Savills are good in this area.

Wow.. cheers very much. You really have been having a good look. I recognize some of these from scouting through the net trying to find places but some of these I have so this is really helpful.

I love property searching too...!! OH and I have said we'll start look next year.. little does he know I've been searching for weeks already!!

I'm always looking - so is OH. We live in hope that we'll win the lottery (might help if we bought a ticket though). I think one day we'll sell our bungalow and move west for more land, so we like to keep up to date with what's currently available.

I vote for the one in Hurst though - then I can hire your arena Or the one with the indoor arena at Holyport. You did say you wanted a new best mate didn't you??

Thought of a couple more agents - Braxtons in Maidenhead sometimes have houses with land. I don't like them though (long story), and Davis Tate may have something - they're a Very Good estate agent, win awards so I think people may like to use them even if out of area, or if not they may know who to approach.
